Penny Hope has a wealth of experience working with individuals and families who are working on themselves. She supports all families regardless of make up and ensures that all clients have a safe space in which to work with support and understanding. Penny works with individuals who are interested in resolving problems, increasing their quality of life and doing the hard work to help them to have a better quality of life. She respects that people need different things at different times and will walk with you throughout your wellness journey.
As a neuro-divergent person herself, Penny recognizes that we all have challenges. Regardless of gender, faith, race, background or orientation, Penny takes the time to listen and learn about every person she meets. This is a safe space where people are allowed to define themselves, grow as they need to, and recognize that we each have the ability to take care or ourselves.
Penny has a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is a professional Art Therapist. She has been in private practice under the supervision of Dr. Pati Beaudoin (C.Psych.). Penny supports clients who are ready to embrace their work within a non-judgmental and supportive therapeutic relationship.
